SDHR continues implementing training prgs for employees in June

The Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) continues to implement its series of specialized and training foundation programs for June, targeting Sharjah government employees from all cities and regions of the emirate in Sharjah, the central region, and the eastern region.
The training programs are held via the remote training system Microsoft Teams to train employees on a number of systems within the framework of the specialized and administrative work development plans.


The foundational programs for this month come within the framework of plans to develop specialized work and develop the participants’ knowledge capabilities and skills related to their jobs, and include 13 systems (institutional development, human resources and training, foundation programs, legal, finance, statistics, secretarial and office management, public relations and communication, Customer Service, Excellence and Creativity, Community Culture, Behavioral, and Leadership Programs). 

The implementation of this package of systems comes as an effort by the Human Resources Department in the Emirate of Sharjah to create national government competencies that keep pace with work developments, contribute to raising the efficiency of government employees and promote continuous improvement processes for the performance of government agencies and their services.
